Vice President, Residential Solutions
As the Director for Residential Business Development, you will identify and develop new business channel and partnership opportunities across the entire e-mobility ecosystem for both single family and multi-family solutions. You will be involved in every strategic aspect of developing a channel strategy for residential solutions that includes B2B, DTC and B2B2C opportunities such as DERMS enablement. This is a team that is in hypergrowth, with lots of opportunities for the right person.
If you are an enthusiastic evangelist who can bring creativity and leadership skills to ChargePoint, this is the role for you. You must be able to clearly communicate and translate our complex solution across multiple audiences while being technical enough to identify the possible partnership opportunities in adjacent categories.
To succeed in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced, early market environment with a strong bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You will develop strong working relationships and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, Sales and Marketing organizations.

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $132,750 to $2,50,500. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
