The Role:

  • Managing multiple Software teams building best-in-class Mobile Applications
  • Hire and lead top Engineering talent with experience in iOS and Android development
  • Work with other Directors and Executives to set and communicate technical direction and product strategies while anticipating strategic and scaling challenges
  • Work with your teams, technical program managers and external stakeholders to plan, prioritize and execute against an engineering roadmap
  • Ensure teams maintain effective development processes to deliver high quality production code that is safe, well architected, fast, reliable, and testable
  • You Bring:

  •  Experience as a People Manager, guiding multiple development teams, implementing process, setting and achieving goals
  • Good understanding of Mobile Application development
  • Good understanding of Apple and Android ecosystems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent record of developing products with an eye for simplicity and customer satisfaction
  • Advantageous:

  •  Experience working with outside contractors
  • Experience in automotive development
  • Experience in Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth
  • Education:

  •  BS or MS in the areas of Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering, or related experience
