This role has the crucial mission to form and steer an energetic and pro-active team to initiate and grow cooperation and sales with European companies, associations and institutions of the public sector. It will develop and carry out a strategy to start up, maintain and grow relations and business within this target group.

The role:
Manage and directly steer the European Corporate Business and Associations Relation Management organization. Achieve set KPI’s and OKR’sEstablish relations on decision making level of European Business Sector, Public Institutions Sector and Public Live. Achieve high awareness of Lucid brand within European top society.Generate segment appropriate product and service offer portfolios for the target segment following the (partially) different national requirementsDevelop sales programs to provide suitable finance solutions for retail and enterprise sales. In close cooperation with local sales and B2B teams and Lucid Financial Services colleaguesTake the lead role in establishing professional, target segment appropriate approach to the corporate and public sector market all through the Lucid EU sales and retail organizationTogether with marketing & CRM establish a leading edge and highly efficient customer generation & customer localization process incl. a segment specific marketing programEnsure customer target group appropriate leasing and finance solutions Manage and maintain specific SMR and data sets with European wide and local suppliersWork with training teams to keep the sales associates up to date with the latest company and product information.Develop the data, tools, and strategies required to deliver the requested targets across all marketsInteract and work with the senior management team to report on and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly resultsPlay a vital role in this senior position as a brand leader to the headquarters sales teamRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plusIn-depth understanding of the corporate automotive market, including key players, customer segments, and regulatory environment (initial main focus is Germany)5-10 years track record of success in B2B sales, key account management, or enterprise sales in the automotive industry. Preferably owning existing contacts to target groupExperience in utilization of cooperation’s and networking to expand brand awareness and generate business leadsSpecific automotive experience working with international leasing companies, data providers, and the requirements for launching new vehicles with these organizationsExperienced in managing sales teams (direct and indirect)Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with high-profile clients.Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and clear “go to action” mentalityResults-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentProficiency in CRM and lead-managementGood in English with additional European languages being of benefitStrong interpersonal, communications, and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
