Who You Are
As a Design or Art Director intern in the Marketing department, you will concept ideas based on the assignments given, present your work, receive creative critiques from the team, and produce work to be shared with the world. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Content and Brand Design Lead on new ideas and scrappy/nimble ways to bring them to life. As part of a small team, where all hands are on deck, you’ll be part of the full creative and production process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create content with design and visual storytelling skills
- Own projects from concept to execution, ensuring details are correct and incorporating feedback
- Work collaboratively with the team and jump onto projects as needed
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Must have a creative portfolio to showcase your work and thinking - applicants will not be considered without a portfolio
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Experience with and comfortable working across multiple social media platforms
- Bonus: You have video creation, animation, or photography skills
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- 3 months long, Starting May 15th, 2023.
- Hybrid work: In office Tuesday, Thursday, and other days as needed based on projects

The starting base pay for this role is between $25.00 hourly and $30.00 hourly at the time of posting. The actual base pay within these ranges depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for overtime and benefits.
