About the Role

Base is looking for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, mission-driven individual to join our deployments team. Over the course of the internship, you will be expected to work on high impact projects and collaborate with the team to drive key initiatives forward.

What You'll Do

Specific projects will be dependent on candidate background

• Support a full time deployments team member on their project.

• Support day to day deployments operations.

• Own a process improvement project to aid in scaling up deployment operations.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Junior or Senior in undergraduate program or graduate program in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or similar.

• Hands-on experience in hardware, manufacturing, or operations.

• Proven ability to develop and improve processes.
