This role supports demand planning for both high-volume and prototyping parts across multiple factories. The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand signals within Zoox’s ERP system (SAP S4), coordinating production orders to align with the master schedule. You will manage demand from upstream factories through the factory floor, ensure correct BOM revisions and due dates, and update internal customers on open work orders. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Demand Planner will handle frequent changes and unplanned requests, guiding production to achieve on-time delivery and balanced workloads.

In this role you will:
Develop and maintain accurate demand signals in SAP S4 Hana ERP, ensuring production orders align with forecasts, BOM revisions, and customer requirements.Validate forecasted quantities against actual deliveries, coordinate adjustments, and communicate changes and impacts to stakeholders.Represent AHMO in cross-functional demand meetings, collaborating with Engineering, Spares, Production, and Supply Planning to balance capacity and material availability.Plan and manage material cut-ins, alternates, and work orders, ensuring production orders are complete and achievable.Maintain rolling forecasts and regularly update demand to support MRP and CRP processes.Identify opportunities for process improvement, lead projects, and report on demand planning KPIs.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional ability.7+ years in a fast-paced NPI environment with direct experience in demand management, production planning, or master scheduling.Experience working with ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred).Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Bonus Qualifications
