Role & Responsibility

You will report directly to the Head of Industrial Engineering and work closely with the Facility Engineering and Maintenance team. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the security measures for the physical security of our buildings, production, storage and testing facilities. You are the internal and external interface for questions and projects in connection with our landlords/lessors and check compliance with the contractual framework. You actively support the negotiation of contract extensions and new contracts.

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Operating and monitoring of the security measures for the physical security of the company buildings and products
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of further/new measures in the context of physical security
  • Organizing, participating in and arranging regular meetings with our landlords/lessors
  • Interface and coordination for communication with our intermediary/ external service providers and internal departments for the real estate topics
  • Collaboration with various departments and divisions to record future requirements, adjustments and extensions in various projects, as well as contract negotiations with landlords/lessors
  • Close cooperation and coordination with various departments to optimize existing processes and concepts (cyber security, facility & infrastructure, workplace management)

 

Preferred Skills

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility (Corporate Security Management, Real Estate Management, Security Project Management)
  • Completed apprenticeship in property management, or in the field of Corporate Security Management, or a comparable study degree
  • You already have experience in the implementation and monitoring of security concepts for physical corporate security
  • You have experience in budget management, invoice verification and approval and contract negotiation
  • You have already managed and coordinated projects independently or in cooperation with various departments
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required for this role
