Your key focus will be:

· Generating broad commercial and economic analysis to support the development of innovative commercial solutions.

· Primary and secondary research into Carbon Clean’s target markets and the value chains required to deliver our products and services. Including, but not limited to, carbon pricing, competitor benchmarking and regional policy incentives.

· Help support the shaping of new transition products aligned to funding structures within carbon capture.

· Support the ESG reporting framework for the Company – providing information and inputs as required across the business.

· Own the collating of all due diligence processes, particularly as the department structures value chain alliances and partnerships and any subsequent merger and acquisition activity..       

· Holder of the global ‘partner playbook’ for the business. Utilising the information flow being driven down from ‘Head of’ and ‘Director’ level to ensure appropriate and live mapping of opportunities and news flow.

· Keen to build external network in carbon clean, while beginning to introduce new business relationships with the potential to add value to the business.  

· Give support where necessary to the overall equipment product pricing strategy, Have full familiarity with the coast roadmaps of all components within the Carbon Clean product portfolio.

To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:

· Is able to quickly find and organize financial and non-financial research data.

· Demonstrate strong financial modelling ability, taking non-financial research data and converting into accurate and informative project level discounted cashflow models and other financial analysis (depending on the nature of to the projects assigned).

· Demonstrable experience and application in software tools relevant to the role.

· Experienced in conducting industry, SWOT and risk analyses of potential partners.

· Demonstrates personal accountability within the thoroughness of their work.

· Completes their non-routine work, responding positively to instructing and guidance from their Line Manager where needed.

· Demonstrable skill in written and verbal communication, drafting and editing PowerPoint material to formally present complex content to senior stakeholders.

· Experience in Institutions that have shaped new transition products and new funding structures within the energy sector.

· Strong relationship builders across cross-functional and multi-hierarchical set of personnel, ensuring long-term projects are run on time through a consistent, confident, and open communication style.

· Fundamental interest in global energy transition technologies and the ability to articulate key milestones that must be a adhered to in order to achieve governmental policy objectives.

· Demonstrative ability to conduct well-rounded financial and non-financial due diligence for transactional assessment.

· Able to demonstrate working experience of cross-functional alignment to the Company’s four core values – innovation, collaboration, agility and excellence
