ICON is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team through the end of 2025. This role will focus on interview logistics, candidate communication, ATS management, and administrative coordination, enabling recruiters to dedicate more time to sourcing and full-cycle recruiting. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in recruiting operations. This role is based in Austin, TX, and will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and manage interviews for recruiters and hiring managers across all roles.
  • Coordinate candidate communication and logistics throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage job postings and maintain accurate records in the ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Prepare and issue offer letters; assist with background checks and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruiting metrics and generate reports for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR and recruiting administrative tasks as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems and scheduling tools (Lever, Greenhouse, GoodTime, Calendly, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
