Beyond Meat is seeking a Consumer Care Associate who is passionate about delivering the highest level of service to our end-consumers. This individual will play a critical role as a champion of the end-consumer, providing thorough support and knowledge of all things Beyond Meat while collecting actionable data to evolve and improve the consumer experience. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager of Consumer Care and will require support of omni-channel requests for the organization.

Responsibilities
Champion an outstanding end-consumer experience in omni-channel environment (via email, phone, chat, and social media).Oversee and resolve incoming inquiries in Zendesk and elevate quality issues to appropriate internal teams. Aim to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals established by Consumer Care team.Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in consumer care, customer service, or a related business areaExperience in working with operations, quality assurance, and external vendors a plus Proficient PC skills including MS Office and Google SuiteZendesk or comparable helpdesk experience a mustExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized, with a meticulous eye for detailA passion for servant leadership and curiosity to learnStrong team player, ability to collaborate with team membersMotivated self-starter who is not afraid of taking initiative Passion for Beyond Meat’s mission and goals
