We are seeking a Compliance Manager for our Supply-Chain team. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across the procure to pay function, focusing on critical aerospace standards, applicable government regulations, and industry-specific requirements. Serving as subject matter expert, you will be well versed in the changing regulatory landscape impacting companies in our industry and will serve as an important resource for the contracts, NPI and production procurement groups. You will help to build a comprehensive compliance culture within the supply chain group; updating templates, reviewing agreements to ensure compliance, and building a streamlined training and auditing program.

Develop and implement compliance programs for supply chain operationsConduct regular audits of supply chain processes to ensure regulatory compliance (FAA, SEC, ITAR, Export Control, other) and compliance to internal policiesEnsure contract templates and contracts to be executed include required and appropriate compliance focused terms and flow downsDevelop company programs for Conflict Mineral, Rohs/REACH, Prop 65 reporting and compliance Monitor and interpret changes in relevant regulations and industry standardsCreate and maintain compliance documentation and reporting systemsInvestigate and resolve compliance-related issuesDevelop training programs to educate staff on compliance requirementsCollaborate with legal, contracts, procurement, sustainability and new product introduction teamsManage risk assessment and mitigation strategiesConduct supplier compliance evaluations and assessmentsMinimum Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in supply chain complianceExperience working in aerospace/defense or other highly regulated industriesBachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, Business Administration, or related fields of study Strong communication and presentation skillsExperience working in a highly dynamic environment – ability to embrace changing priorities and responsibilitiesStrong ability to perform both as a part of a team and to perform as an individualDesire to change the world of aviation foreverA passion for flight!Above and Beyond Qualifications:
