As the Manager of Compensation and Benefits for your assigned region, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation, benefits and mobility strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, market data, governance and compliance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, math, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefit program management; strength in employee benefits preferred.People management skills a plus.In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and compliance requirements.Experienced knowledge of Global Mobility practices and programmingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven compensation and benefits recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft products required, working knowledge of Workday or HRIS desired.
