About the company:
We are looking to recruit a Commercial (Legal) Graduate to join our Commercial (Legal) team. The Commercial (Legal) team works to support the business in collaborative opportunities and to protect key assets of the business. This include preparing and negotiating a variety of contracts and developing an extensive Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio which includes over 75 patent families.
The Commercial (Legal) Graduate will work alongside experts in Contract Law and Intellectual Property Law to review contracts and protect our Intellectual Property. These experts will train the Commercial (Legal) Graduate in various aspects law and fusion-relevant science and engineering. The Commercial (Legal) Graduate will have the opportunity to work with many teams across the company, alongside working to further develop relationships with external teams. There are good opportunities for this role to grow and develop over time, alongside opportunities for internal and external training.
This provides an exciting opportunity for you learn key commercial and legal skills whilst contributing to the success of Tokamak Energy and the wider fusion sector.

Please note this role does offer hybrid working, our model sets out a minimum 60% onsite / 40% home working split
