We are seeking a Director to lead the creation, stewardship, and continuous evolution of enterprise-wide business architecture and enabling technology roadmaps. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between Archer’s strategic business needs and our rapidly advancing technology capabilities. Your mandate will be to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment across functions while identifying opportunities to accelerate impact through technology.
This leader will be expected to not only respond to the needs of today but also anticipate the challenges and possibilities of tomorrow. You will actively push the bounds of what’s possible by bringing cutting-edge solutions to the table — evaluating emerging technologies, forging external partnerships, and helping Archer stay at the forefront of innovation.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $195,800 - $244,800. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
