Role Description
We are looking for a Business Operations Extern to directly enable Form’s multi-day energy storage technology development and scale-up. As part of our rapidly growing Supply Chain organization, you will report to the Staff Global Supply Manager and engage cross-functionally with many teams, including Engineering, Program Management, Site Operations, Finance, Advanced Manufacturing, and more. You will “wear many hats,” executing high priority projects across the Operations organization, including the Supply Chain, Site Operations, and Procurement functions.
You will be responsible for synthesizing complex, evolving sets of data and information from both internal and external sources, and translating them into actionable tasks and outputs to support Form’s rapid development. You will have both internal and external touch-points with a multitude of stakeholders, while creating and executing strategies to drive productive supplier engagements, streamline business processes, drive down costs, and mitigate existential risks to Form. This is an opportunity to bring your quantitative rigor, creative thinking, and a gritty work ethic to solve complex problems across the company, while developing positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors alike - ultimately making an impact on our mission to tackle climate change.
