Cruz Foam seeks a highly motivated, Sustainable Packaging Lead Generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sustainability and experience generating outbound leads for our protective packaging and cold-chain solutions. This role identifies and engages with potential clients seeking sustainable packaging options. The ideal candidate has some experience with AI-driven lead generation tools, LinkedIn networking, and cold outreach (email and phone) to create meaningful business opportunities.
Status: Initial Contractor position, designed to become full-time for a super-star performer. This position will be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize AI-based lead generation tools to identify companies that may be a good fit for sustainable packaging solutions.Experience leveraging LinkedIn to build connections, join relevant groups, and engage with potential clients.Send effective cold outreach emails to generate interest in sustainable packaging solutions (Cruz Foam will provide all email templates and phone scripts).Conduct cold calls to introduce our sustainable packaging solutions, qualify leads, and set appointments for sales teams.Maintain and update lead information in Hubspot (CRM).Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in sustainable packaging.Requirements:
General experience using AI-driven lead generation tools.Proficiency in LinkedIn for networking and outreach.Strong written and verbal communication skills for cold email outreach and phone calls.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.Passion for sustainability and a strong interest in eco-friendly packaging solutions.Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the growing field of sustainable packaging while working with cutting-edge tools and strategies.
