Lucid Motors is looking for a highly motivated Business Coordinator to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment on cross-functional projects supporting Powertrain Manufacturing engineering, production, maintenance, quality and other areas. The Business Coordinator will work alongside department leadership to drive improvements and standardization in department-wide communications, documentation, data management, business processes and continuous improvement.

You Bring:Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, commerce, or a related field of study required. Engineering degree strongly preferredMust be a self-starter and results oriented Ability to prioritize competing requests and needs Strong time management skills Willingness to learn new topics and subjects as needed to complete assigned tasks Able to navigate ambiguity Comfortable working with people in a matrixed environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Comfortable to give effective presentations to and facilitate meeting with all levels of the organization Strong problem solving and analytical skills Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to foster and support a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork; able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across all departments Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, commerce, or a related field of study.
