We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to transport passengers between Beta buildings and parking lots while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe and positive riding experience for all passengers.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

Safely operate a bus along assigned routes and schedules

Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops

Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies

Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain a clean and orderly bus

Communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch

Assist passengers as needed, including those with mobility challenges

Report delays, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

Clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Prior bus or commercial driving experience preferred, but not required

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Above and Beyond Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.. A plus

Class A CDL

First aid CPR training

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Lift up to 50lbs occasionally

Ability to follow a strict schedule for the day
