About the company:

Climeworks develops, builds and operates Direct Air Capture (DAC) machines to capture CO₂ directly from the air, with 15 machines currently in operation. The captured carbon dioxide can either be recycled and reused as a raw material or completely removed from the air by safely storing it underground, permanently. 

The raw material, pure CO₂ gas, is used by customers in industries such as commercial agriculture, energy, food and beverage and automotive, for uses such as carbonating drinks or for producing carbon-neutral hydrocarbon fuels and materials. By using Climeworks’ CO₂, customers can reduce their overall emissions as well as lowering their dependence on fossil energy. 

Our unique carbon dioxide removal technology also offers businesses a permanent negative emissions solution for their sustainability strategy and for individuals it provides a way for them to remove their carbon footprint and contribute to a climate-positive world.

  • Your mission at Climeworks is to lead B2B marketing; You are part of the marketing department and work in close collaboration with the communications, events and sales teams.
  • You have a strong focus on business and are eager to collaborate with key sales partners to be the marketing force impacting lead generation, the reduction of the sales cycle or the maximization of our sales agreements value.
  • You are in charge of defining the B2B marketing toolkit in partnership with the sales team.
  • You create the B2B toolkit content, such as case studies, articles, slide decks and sales stories.
  • You develop our B2B campaigns and are always on-content.
  • You establish and execute our B2B marketing activation plan in partnership with the social and performance marketing team.
  • You are responsible for the budget management of B2B activations.
  • You define relevant B2B event strategies, write key messages and content in collaboration with events.

  • You have completed a Master’s degree in International Business, Strategy or Marketing .
  • You have between 7 and 10 years of work experience in marketing, strategy or consulting, of which at least one year in a people management role.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with experience in content creation, story-telling and summarizing complex topics in simple concepts.
  • You effectively collaborate cross-functionally, with an outstanding ability to think creatively, identifying and resolving problems.
  • You have an ability to perform in high-paced environments, acting with high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation.
  • You are fluent in English and are open to travel 10-15% of the time.
