Role Description
As Form Energy transforms the grid, we are seeking a talented and experienced hands-on in house attorney to join our growing legal team. This role reports directly to the Deputy General Counsel. You will be responsible for handling a variety of legal transactions with a focus on our business and commercial operations.
You will play a central role in scaling legal support at Form Energy to the next level as we expand and grow. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator possessing strong attention to detail, energized by a wide array of day-to-day legal issues in a fast-paced environment.

The Pennsylvania salary range for this role is $222,170-$281,395. The Massachusetts salary range for this role is $244,385-$309,535. The California salary range for this role is $255,495-$323,605. The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

What You'll Do:
Serve as a key legal point of contact to our Business Operations teams and work closely with business partners to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including NDAs, supply chain agreements, commercial transactions, strategic partnership, and vendor and professional services agreementsDrive agreements to completion while working cross-functionally and soliciting input, feedback and approvals from business stakeholders as appropriateSupport an extremely fast-moving business with tight deadlines while providing diligent and exemplary work productOwn, improve and/or develop contract processes, policies, procedures and templates to allow our team to scaleSupport the development of policies, procedures, and training to support a global business.Perform special projects and other legal responsibilities as assigned by the General Counsel and your manager to meet the company’s business needs.What You'll Bring:
