About the Role:

The Agricultural Customer Success Lead will serve as Loam’s product expert, directly shaping customers’ experiences within our platform. You will support and help build our Agricultural Customer Success team, as well as support the growth of key accounts. This role's primary focus will be on delivering value to our customers: onboarding them to our technology platform, helping them use our tools to unlock value, and helping deliver support needs to the Loam Bio field sales and agronomy team.

You will build relationships with users, identify and solve issues, manage client change requests, and help drive product adoption. The Agricultural Customer Success Lead will be the primary point of contact for our customers and users.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your excellent knowledge of farming practice, agriculture equipment and electronics to build relationships with users, identify and solve issues, manage client change requests, and help drive product adoption
  • Develop knowledge of Loam Bio’s products and pricing strategies
  • Identify training needs and methods to grow adoption and use of Loam Bio products and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and lead software training and educational meetings (via webinars
  • Develop and document feature use-cases for new product development and/or enhancements
  • Foster the adoption of Loam Bio products and services to new and existing customers
  • Act with a sense of urgency execute and implement strategies that positively impact adoption and grow client usage of Verity Tracking platform
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience, especially when customers have time sensitive issues
  • Effectively track all calls and emails in Salesforce and maintain good account structure for new, closed, or modified user or location accounts
  • See tasks through to completion regardless of obstacles

Requirements

You have a “customer-first” attitude: you take pride in knowing your customers and their businesses, and you prioritize their best interests over all else. Speak with confidence and authority, and you enjoy conversation and client engagement. Comfortable acting as a leader, proactively building customer relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction. You are highly organized and can handle multiple daily priorities in a dynamic environment. Requirements include:

  • Similar relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing/account management role
  • Possess a moderate understanding of precision ag hardware and software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid technical skills (Excel and basic SQL)
  • Expertise with PowerPoint and Salesforce or other CRM's
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a “can do” attitude; willing to pitch in and do whatever is required
