Title: Accounts Payable Contractor

Location: Fully Remote

Hours: 20-25 hours per week; Flexible Schedule

Hourly Rate: $25-35/hour dependent on experience

Primary responsibilities include:

• Invoice entry in Bill.com - 400+ invoices per month
• Troubleshooting Bill.com sync errors
• Expense report management in Expensify - Reviewing coding and receipts
• Accounts Payable and Credit Card Liability reconciliations 
• Manage A/P email inbox - Responding to vendor and employee inquiries
• Manage digital mail inbox with Earth Class Mail
• Support month end close team as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Experience entering invoices with Purchase Orders
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations for A/P
• com or similar software
• NetSuite or similar software
• Expensify or similar software
