The Sales Planning Manager – Retail Sales is instrumental to the growth and scale of Impossible Foods’ business in alignment with our corporate strategy. This position has both managerial and individual contributor components so requires someone with a broad range of skills. The role manages a team of Account Specialists who support our Account Managers with new item setup, promotion and contract management, sales support, and collaborate with internal finance, marketing, and brand teams. As an individual contributor, the role involves supporting the retail sales team with a blend of insights & analytics, customer & scenario planning, working cross functionally with demand strategy/sales enablement teams, special projects and flex coverage for Account Specialists.
This position can work remotely and will report to the Director of Retail Sales.
