Your role and your team:

Your day to day:

  • Project manage all active Lilium workplace implementation projects.
  • Control the different phases of workplace project management activities including on-site management, budgeting & estimating, scheduling, sourcing and support the selection of fit-out contractors and other third-party suppliers.
  • Conflict resolution skills, cost negotiations to support the Workplace Strategy and occasionally the Workplace experience team, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation during project lifecycle and project close-out and handover.
  • Assist with CAD plans when required, finishing schedules and budgets for all approved projects including resource requirements; analyse process flows for all project operational processes relating to assigned projects and recommend changes/improvements that can result in cost savings or improved efficiency.
  • Assist with developing and coordinating design concepts, mood boards, furniture lists with consideration to accessibility and inclusion. 
  • Construction management of projects and management of consultants, contractors, vendors for fit-outs, retrofits, and new-build projects.
  • Assist with managing and motivate external project teams. Attend scheduled on-site/active project meetings, and report as necessary.
  • Develop and assist with controlling budgets.
  • Assist with change management initiatives related to new way of working.
  • Manage or assist with multiple projects simultaneously through to final completion.
  • Support with creating, documenting, and maintaining Lilium Workplace design standards.

Your Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree with an architectural / design / project management focus or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter with 5 years experience managing workplace design and or fit-out management and project management experience.
  • Experience with delivering quick turnaround offices for a dynamic company culture and expansion.
  • Proven experience of activity based working and flexible office space solutions.
  • Knowledge of workplace design, materials, FF&E, lighting, acoustics, ergonomics, and workplace technology.
  • Sound knowledge of local workplace ordinance and legislations.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and effectively dealing with conflicting priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality for delivery.
  • Experience with workplace implementation with a focus on inclusion, accessibility, wellness, and sustainability.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to influence, build dynamic and long-term relationships and manage differing viewpoints and priorities.
  • Strong individual accountability, execution, and ownership mentality.
  • Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of creative design and project management software would be advantageous (Adobe Creative Cloud, CAD, MS Office Suite etc.) 
  • Strong verbal, written, communication & presentation skills (German and English).
