What You Will Be Doing: 

As our Workplace Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind a seamless office environment, ensure an excellent workplace experience, uphold the highest standards to support employee productivity and well-being, and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization. If you have experience scoping and leading a variety of facilities projects, identifying changing needs in a startup environment, and working with both internal and external partners to support our team’s success, we want to hear from you. This is an onsite role based in Everett, WA that reports to the Senior Manager of Facilities.

You Will: 

  • Create an office environment that stands out as uniquely welcoming and efficient for both guests and employees
  • Design and fine-tune our office layout to maximize comfort and supercharge productivity
  • Run our in-office food program, offering a variety of healthy and budget-friendly options and periodically take the lead on catering for events
  • Master the art of workplace services - manage voicemail, printers, office supplies, mail, kitchen supplies, and beyond, ensuring seamless operations
  • Develop office procedures and maintain policies that foster a productive, orderly, and fun work environment, including anticipating process improvements to keep our office operations running like a well-oiled machine
  • Plan and implement impactful company activities that boost employee engagement and morale

Required Skills: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high-quality support in an office manager, workplace operations, workplace experience, or similar role
  • Experience solving a variety of challenging problems with autonomy, ensuring the details of issues are resolved efficiently and accurately
  • Experience managing vendors for facilities-related services, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and services on time to specification
  • A mindset for anticipating needs and addressing issues before they escalate
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with employees, vendors, and other partners
  • Experience managing several projects and priorities efficiently and in an organized manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally

The pay range for this position is $110K - $140K. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including your experience and qualifications.
