Lucid Motors is seeking motivated and reliable Working Students to join our car sales studio in Munich. This part-time hourly based role (maximum 20 hours per week) offers a great way to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry, supporting daily operations and enhancing customer experiences.

The Role

Engage in lead generation activities both on-site and off-site
Support local events and assist with event coordination and lead generation
Ensure the studio and it’s vehicles reflect Lucid's premium standards, including cleanliness and maintenance
Shuttle vehicles between locations and provide pick-up and drop-off services for customers
Conduct test drives, sharing the excitement of driving a Lucid vehicle with potential customers
Assist with customer consultations and sales conversations, ensuring excellent service
Provide delivery support, ensuring smooth vehicle handovers

Qualifications

Passion for automotive
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Valid local driver's license required
Flexibility for occasional weekend work
Fluent communication skills in German
