Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee all of our warehouse operations throughout the Northeast. As a Warehouse Manager, you have experience in managing multiple (3) locations, supply chain and inventory control implementation and standardization.  The main goal of this role is to keep accurate inventory and standardize warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Improve upon warehouse processes for:
• Picking Jobs
• Receiving and Putaway 
• Inventory Cycle Counts
• Storage methods 
• Continue Implementation of NetSuite and RF Smart involving the Warehouse team 
• Forecasting Materials, and working working with Purchasing to get information to Vendors 
• Building and maintain stock levels across all inventory and warehouses
• Move material between warehouse locations 
• Oversee Warehouse Cycle Counts and research variances 
• Building KPIs for warehouse staff
• Safety Trainings

Requirements: 

• 5-10 years in warehouse management 
• 2-3 years’ experience managing multiple warehouse locations 
• 2-3 years of material planning 
• Experience in managing direct and indirect reports 
• Process Improvement 
• Procurement/ Vendor management experience Prefered
