As a UX researcher, you’ll be an integral part of the team and drive research that informs critical decisions across all aspects of the product. You’ll work collaboratively with partners in product, design, engineering, customer success, marketing, and the broader business to get closer to our customers and uncover insights that enable the company to move faster and smarter.

Bring solar to more peopleConduct generative and evaluative research studies that shape product decisionsAdvocate for research as a practice and bring insights to diverse audiences through various mediumsPlan research with appropriate methodologies designed to guide and inform key business decisionsTranslate data and insights into concrete strategy and design directionConvey results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to business stakeholders and team membersConduct workshops and exercises to engage stakeholders and build a more intimate knowledge of our customersWhat we value:
History of conducting research with demonstrated impact, using both qualitative and quantitative methodsFamiliarity with recruitment, discovery, usability testing, moderation, synthesis, and socializing actionable insightsKnowledge of agile/scrum methodologiesExcellent communication skills with a strong grasp of how to clearly, concisely, and persuasively convey research findingsStrong portfolio of previous work that exemplifies your impact through researchPassion for technology and its impact on human behavior
