What we’re looking for: We are seeking a resourceful Support Engineer to join the Utility Data team to monitor, triage, and communicate issues in our systems and software. You will have an opportunity to learn several different technologies to analyze and improve the health of our system, while working closely with software engineers, product managers, and numerous internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is interested in software development processes (but without needing to code, no prior coding experience necessary!), collaborative, eager to learn, an inquisitive problem solver, and is genuinely excited to support the software expanding renewable energy access to millions of households across the country.
