We are currently seeking a passionate Transaction Operations Analyst to support Transaction Operations projects and the day-to-day operations, working cross functionally across departments to ensure data integrity for decision making and alignment across departments and channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of analytics and reporting for Transaction Operations.
  • Maintain and support Transaction Operations tools such as the Salesforce environment, DMS, SAP, and vehicle registration software, while further improving them to enhance its day-to-day utilization for internal teams. Bringing certain tasks closer to automation.
  • Support a structured and scalable Transaction Operations program to ensure consistency of all aspects of sales transactions and vehicle registrations, including but not limited to ensuring accurate sales contracting, payments, and refunds.
  • Improve processes by building resources and tools related to contracts, vehicle administration and delivery.
  • Work closely with Systems teams to define business requirements for Lucid’s systems, focusing heavily on process automation.
  • Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with key stake holders in the company to find and communicate solutions internally in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with DMS, DMV and Registration vendors to align processes and systems with Lucid’s core business model.
  • Work closely with S&OP, Sales, Lucid Financial Services, Finance, Delivery, Vehicle Remarketing, Systems and Commerce, Field and Service teams to push the demand of deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, Senior Manager and Business Process Team in identifying pre- and post-sale activities and detailing the steps required to complete each case.
  • Participate in forecast development and review processes.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to support other departments at all levels, including sales transactions, tax reporting and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Lucid’s Financial Service team in operational activities, all while identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Identify discrepancies and bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency
  • Generate weekly and monthly supply plans that meet financial and sales objectives
  • Work with Finance and Accounting to support on month-end activities
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Must have practical knowledge of dealership business operations, supply chain, processing sales orders and loans and leases
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, SAP Order Management with configurable products
  • Experience using Vitu/DMVdesk registration and Tekion DMS.
  • Salesforce Administrative training or hands-on experience in supporting and building in Salesforce environment
  • Comfort presenting at the Executive level: making recommendations and justifying your decisions
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft tools including excel, word, outlook and powerpoint.
  • Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
