We're searching for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer to join our team. You will help maintain and expand the digital representation of our quickly scaling manufacturing processes.

You will work onsite at our Devens, MA office reporting into the Manager of Data Integration.

Primary Responsibilities

•    Support implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) on manufacturing floor
•    Collaborate closely with process engineers and operations team to ensure that digital systems are meeting the needs the team
•    Day to day support on the floor to troubleshoot and correct issues with the digital system that are impeding operations
•    Write documentation and provide training to operators on using the MES system 
•    Support MES team in implementing process updates or other improvements to MES  
•    Support in creating reports for data customers utilizing MES Analytics and other in-house data reporting tools
•    Support implementation of integration between MES and other business systems 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering field
•    3+ years experience in a technical manufacturing environment
•    Familiarity with a MES program such as FactoryLogix, Siemens Opcenter Execution, FactoryTalk, or Plex. Strong preference to FactoryLogix experience 
•    Familiarity with concepts like Lean
•    Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to interact with engineers and operators to support their needs 
•    Familiarity with SQL, python, or other coding language

$110,000$130,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
