About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic Cloud Readiness team. This is a net new, full-time W2 position critical to the expansion and operational excellence of our data center infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, onsite deployment projects at our data centers, ensuring our cloud infrastructure is ready for operation.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Lead and Manage Deployments: Take ownership of end-to-end project management for new data center deployments, from planning to execution and handover.

  • Ensure Site Readiness: Oversee and manage all aspects of site readiness, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure facilities are prepared for equipment installation and operation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and manage relationships internally with our Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to align project goals, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Timeline Management: Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using tools like Gantt charts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.

  • Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and deployment processes within the Cloud Readiness team.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in technical project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure deployments, data center operations, or similar technical projects.

  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, server deployments, and cloud readiness concepts.

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using project management tools, including Gantt charts, for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

  • Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating unforeseen challenges and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Travel: Ability to travel onsite to data centers as required for project oversight and management.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to  $170,000 - $225,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
