We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our Software Quality and Validation Engineering team. This requires an experienced professional with a background in Product Management. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Work closely with the software team on developing product roadmaps
  • Strategize product ideation, technical design, and execution steps
  • Gather the requirements and prioritize the processes across business stakeholders
  • Engage broadly with the organization to identify, prioritize, frame, and structure product strategies for various software projects
  • Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
  • Lead and own product lifecycle from planning and product requirements to execution and continuous support
  • Keep effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure user and technical issues are promptly prioritized and resolved
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Program Manager 
  • Highly technical with a good understanding of digital and connected vehicle applications
  • Technical experience to weigh tradeoffs and having in-depth discussions with engineers on the nuances of complex Auto industry systems.
  • Preferred:

  • Experience as Program Manager/Owner for SaaS, App design
  • Familiarity with Rest and GraphQL and other APIs and services
  • Relevant experience in EV, Automotive, Transportation, Telematics, or IoT devices
  • Education:

  • Bachelors degree in the areas of Computer Science or Engineering related fields, Masters preferred
