The Release & Programme Team within the Einride Autonomous Technologies is responsible for autonomous vehicle software releases and autonomous vehicle programs, including proof of concepts and R&D projects.
As a Technical Programme Manager (TPM) you work on the center stage of the company and are responsible for driving the execution of our autonomous vehicle programs, which will have a significant impact on the business within a medium and long-term timeline. You'll be joining a top talent team of highly ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big and aim big.

You will:
Be the main point of contact for a whole autonomous vehicle program for all stakeholders involved in the program such as software, hardware, systems engineering, vehicle testing etc.Own, plan, and prioritize the vehicle program timeline synced with the autonomous driving stack software releasesActively bring structure to ambiguity within the program and address project/program roadblocks proactively to ensure on time deliveryRegularly report to the top management team about program statusBuild credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including tech, product, design, operations, production and aftermarketWe expect you to:
At least 5 years project-/program management experience within automotive, aerospace or similar industries (software- and hardware co-development)Proven production experience ideally with full project lifecycle from start to finish, including technical, business, financial, product and legal aspectsDeep technical understanding of software-hardware co-development on system or vehicle levelUsed to collaborate with software- and hardware engineers, designers, suppliers, members of C-suite and partnersComfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast paced and international environment.Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive and solution focusedFluent in English (spoken and written) is a must, Swedish is a plus, but not a requirementBonus
