Technical Integration Specialist (all genders)

Your mission:

• You will be responsible for delivering technical services for partners, distributors, and meteocontrol subsidiaries, including commissioning power generation systems in our VCOM portal and configuring our plant controllers for direct marketing.
• You will communicate with international customers and service partners via phone and email to plan, coordinate, and execute technical service activities.
• You will advise prospective customers and support the Sales team with technical expertise during the quotation process.
• You will contribute to achieving the overall and department-specific objectives of the Technical Services team and work closely with your manager to continuously improve processes and service quality.
• You will perform technical troubleshooting, analyze faults, and develop effective solutions in close collaboration with our Development team.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed vocational training, further technical qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman), or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Information Electronics, or a comparable technical field.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You have knowledge of WAN/LAN network configuration.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
• You are confident using Microsoft 365 applications.
