Zoox is seeking a dynamic Talent Programs Specialist to support and drive specialized talent initiatives across the organization. This role blends program execution, strategic support, and recruitment-focused activities to ensure our talent programs attract, engage, and develop high-potential employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings a strong understanding of talent processes, and is passionate about creating impactful programs that support organizational goals.

Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $139,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling and positioning within a level are determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting represents the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position. Zoox also offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off (e.g., sick leave, vacation, bereavement), unpaid time off, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, Amazon RSUs, health insurance, long-term care insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and life insurance.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers and talent teams to identify talent needs and recruit candidates for specialized programs, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
  • Support program execution, including event planning, communications, data tracking, and participant engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and alignment with broader talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and integration with broader HR and talent initiatives.
  • Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive industry
  • Experience managing an end-to-end talent program (i.e., University Relations, Internal Mobility, etc.)
  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to drive talent-focused initiatives.
  • Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience leveraging data to inform and improve talent strategies.
