Archer is designing, manufacturing, and operating a fully electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150mph while producing minimal noise. What you’ll do:

Support Talent Management initiatives, including but not limited to:

Onboarding support for new hires such as hiring manager follow up on outstanding items, partnership with IT on laptop delivery for International employees, etc
Support behind the scenes logistics of L&D initiatives, such as the mid level leader development program. This may include tracking attendance, managing communications, etc.
Ad hoc project support as new initiatives or focus areas arise within the business

Explore other People Operations mini rotations to gain awareness in the Human Resources space, related to relocation, analytics, or people ops administration

What you need:

Current standing junior or senior at accredited college or university
Ability to learn and adapt within an ambiguous environment
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Self starter who can see the big picture
Strong organization and project management skills
Eager to learn, positive attitude and highly motivated

Bonus Qualifications:

Awareness of human resources practices, specifically as it relates to Talent Management and / or talent development
Interest in all things related to the people side of the business
Knowledge of Google suite applications

Additional Details:

Program duration will be approximately June - August 2023
Must be able to work a full time schedule (approximately 40 hours per week) at our office location in San Jose, CA
Must possess unrestricted work authorization

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting an hourly base pay between $20 - $30. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
