Talent Management Intern - Summer Internship

What you’ll do: 

• Support Talent Management initiatives, including but not limited to: 
• Onboarding support for new hires such as hiring manager follow up on outstanding items, partnership with IT on laptop delivery for International employees, etc
• Support behind the scenes logistics of L&D initiatives, such as the mid level leader development program. This may include tracking attendance, managing communications, etc. 
• Ad hoc project support as new initiatives or focus areas arise within the business 
• Explore other People Operations mini rotations to gain awareness in the Human Resources space, related to relocation, analytics, or people ops administration 

What you need:

• Current standing junior or senior at accredited college or university
• Ability to learn and adapt within an ambiguous environment
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
• Self starter who can see the big picture
• Strong organization and project management skills 
• Eager to learn, positive attitude and highly motivated 

Bonus Qualifications:

• Awareness of human resources practices, specifically as it relates to Talent Management and / or talent development  
• Interest in all things related to the people side of the business 
• Knowledge of Google suite applications

Additional Details: 

• Program duration will be approximately June - August 2023 
• Must be able to work a full time schedule (approximately 40 hours per week) at our office location in San Jose, CA 
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
