We are looking for a Talent Experience Partner to play a leading role onsite to ensure a premium employee experience for all employees in the Microfactory.

Responsibilities
Lead recruitment across the Microfactory and ensure a fully staffed, fully operational siteBuild a culture with one single goal – ‘There is no better professional working life than this’Primary point of contact for all employee queries – holiday, absence, policies and more Lead Onboarding for all new joinersWork closely with the wider Talent Experience team and Plant Management on a range of Employee initiatives Deliver training initiatives across the MicrofactoryWork with wider teams on community engagement to ensure Arrival are playing an active role in the local area and building a pipeline of local talentSupport Team Leads and employees with any Employee issues and look to build a working environment that reduces the number of potential problemsOversee the Microfactory Spaces (with direction from a central team), ensuring your site meets Arrival standards
