InnovaFeed is a biotech company that produces natural and sustainable ingredients for animal feed and plant nutrition from insect rearing (Hermetia illucens). 

We contribute to the growth of a high-quality fish farming sector by providing a new source of sustainable, natural and high-performance protein. We also produce high-quality insect oil than can be used in poultry and swine feed, as an alternative to imported oils. Our oil is rich in lauric acid, known for its anti-microbial properties. Finally, insect dejections are used as an organic fertilizer, closing the nitrogen loop in a circular way. 

InnovaFeeds’ innovating insect rearing process is deployed on an industrial scale to address the strain on natural resources in a responsible and sustainable way.

Our Company

As the world leader in alternative animal proteins, Innovafeed contributes to the construction of a sustainable food system by developing a pioneering and innovative industry: the breeding and processing of insects (Hermetia Illucens fly).

Incorporated in 2016, Innovafeed manufactures and sells 3 different insect-based products:
· Insect protein for a more sustainable and qualitative aquaculture, especially for feeding salmon and trout 🐟
· Insect oil for feeding animals (like pig and poultry), in the context of sustainable farming respectful of animal welfare 🐤 
·  Insect feces used as an effective organic fertilizer 🌱

Your mission

You will join the General Secretary managed by Sophie, our General Secretary. Together, your role is to enable InnovaFeed and its teams to play their part, by intervening in three areas:
*Human Resources : (i) Talent Acquisition (2 people), (ii) Talent Development (2 people), (iii) HR Operations (2 people)
*Office Management (2 people)
*Legal (2 people).

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join the Talent Acquisition Team led by Anne.
The talent Acquisition Team is in charge of 3 main topics : 
(i) Recruitment 
(ii) On and Off Boarding 
(iii) Employer Branding. 

You will also work closely with François, our talent recruiter. And your missions will be :

1. Recruitment 
You will lead the recruitment process for defined teams. 
- Identify, attract, and assess top talents in a competitive landscape. 
- Collaborate and build a strong relationship with hiring managers to challenge their needs and decisions. 
- Ensure a best in class candidate experience from the first contact through onboarding.
- Participate in the tracking and reporting of talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.

2. OnBoarding 
You will lead the OnBoarding process and will be the main point of contact for managers and new joiners. 
- Review and redefine an efficient global OnBoarding path for new joiners 
- Animate the OnBoarding process in relation with internal stakeholders (assistants, office managers, IT Department, Managers, HR Officer, ...) 
- Keep an active watch on OnBoarding processes


Your profile and skills

- Graduated from a business school or university with a specialization in human resources, you have at least 4 years of experience (including internships) in recruitment and/or HR project management. 
- You are proactive and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 
- You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are able to solve complex problems.
