You will be responsible for the delivery of our recruiting strategy across several business units in the EMEA region. By establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with your stakeholders at all levels, you will identify current and future recruiting related opportunities, challenges, risks and agree on activities and ways of working in alignment with the global HR strategy as well as the regional strategy for EMEA.

This is a remote position based in UK/Germany/Netherlands. Your focus will be on hiring in EMEA region. 

As Talent Acquisition Partner you will:  
·        Help shape and develop the HR function across EMEA, leading the next chapter in our journey as we continue to build a world-class HR team
·        Ensure outstanding customer focus by delivering best-in-class TA support to internal customers
·        Deliver full-cycle recruiting based on company needs & our growth targets
·        Design and execute search opportunities across multiple functions and source talents in various ways to attract and engage the best talent for Fluence
·        Partner with hiring managers and teams to build effective (tech) sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through an understanding of business goals
·        Keep an overview of our hiring needs, report and drive the efficiency of our recruiting process; stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in cutting edge, state-of-the-art recruiting practices
·        Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and act as point of contact
·        Support talent acquisition projects with the purpose of continuously improving the quality of our recruitment processes and strengthening our employer brand
·        Actively engage potential candidates on social media by sharing company news and initiatives, continuous networking, posting winning adverts and messaging active and passive talents

What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
·        A Bachelor degree in HRM/Business Studies/Psychology or related discipline
·        3+ years of recruiting experience ideally in a multinational company/similar industry
·        Prior experience partnering with hiring managers of various levels across EMEA locations
·        Prior international experience and experience working with remote teams
·        Highest degree of integrity and management of confidential information
·        The ability to identify the most efficient candidate pipeline channels and strategies to inspire and attract candidates, and guide them successfully through the recruiting process
·        Basic understanding and application of EMEA employment laws, procedures & policies (especially UK/Ireland, Germany, Netherlands)
·        Strong conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills, and demonstrated ability to influence
·        Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; high English level
·        Experience tracking, prioritizing and driving multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced, growing company
·        Driven, proactive and can-do attitude. You will have proactively build relationships and be self-sufficient to a large extent.
