-Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to review and enhance the recruitment process continually.

-Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the hiring process and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

-Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various recruitment activities.

Data Management:

-Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database or applicant tracking system (ATS).

-Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.

Compliance and Documentation:

-Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.

-Maintain accurate and confidential records related to recruitment activities.

-Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met.

-Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
