Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

ICON is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to own talent acquisition systems, programs and processes on ICON’s growing team. As the TA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for system administration of recruiting software, own reporting in Workday and other systems, build programs and collaborate to make processes smoother across Talent Acquisition. This role will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition on ICON’s Talent Acquisition team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and refine talent acquisition best practices. 
• Source candidates as directed by the Vice President.
• Partner closely with VP, Talent Acquisition to streamline recruiting workflows. 
• Own ICON Careers Page and partner with Design for aesthetics. 
• Manage, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. 
• Track and monitor requisition and offer activity. Redesign processes to improve timeliness and accuracy of offers and approvals.
• Build and own the candidate referral program. 
• Build, own and give Talent team Lunch & Learn presentations.  
• Manage the talent acquisition side of internal mobility. 
• Partner with HR to ensure immigration and sponsorship is smooth. 
• Support applicant questionnaires, pre-hire tests, and background checks.
• Engage and manage job fairs and other off-site recruiting & community events.
• Develop and iterate on the Diversity Equity & Inclusion program. 
• Manage talent acquisition reporting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience. 
• Degree or certificate program in human resources, business, or related field.
• Experience sourcing candidates. 
• Ability to operate independently. 
• Experience working directly with executive level hiring managers. 
• Experience mapping, improving, and creating new workflows and business processes. 

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Certificate in HR, Degree in HR or MBA preferred. 
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with Workday.
