We are looking for a T&E Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, reporting to the Manager of our Global Travel and Card Program, you will be responsible for front-line employee support, ensuring and program data integrity, and generally administering Lucid’s travel and card program. 

The ideal candidate will be based in our corporate office in Newark CA.

The Role

  • Administrator of SAP Concur 
  • Act as liaison with internal stakeholders in Finance, Legal and others as needed 
  • Act as the point of contact for trouble shooting on all issues relating to Concur Travel Booking and Expense system including but not limited to; User issues with login, change of profile information (Department/Cost Center, Form of payments), and obtain and compile customer feedback. 
  • Responsible for compliance functions of the online booking tool. 
  • Provide Executive and EA high-touch assistance in support of executive travel, including but not limited to, the coordination of travel logistics. 
  • Customer support answering HR Helpdesk tickets to support employees on all travel-related inquiries. 
  • Relationship management of Travel Management Company (TMS). 
  • Attend regular meetings regarding TMS account management. 
  • Administer Amex Card program from new card issuance, managing card payments, handling delinquencies and system maintenance, and card cancellation 
  • Generate, edit, review and distribute reports to Leadership team and various stakeholders 
  • Undertake various projects to improve or enhance our travel program such as cleaning up accounts, removing access, clearing out delinquent card accounts.
  • Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience administering T&E tools 
  • Strong customer service background, preferably in the travel industry or high-tech industry 
  • Demonstrated skills in solving complex, and often, international problems 
  • Experience negotiating carrier contracts or terms of service 
  • Proficient with Concur functionality 
  • BA/BS or equivalent coupled with 5+ years of experience in Travel in a fast-paced environment  
  • Demonstrated success in managing and working with highly sensitive and confidential information 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
