We are currently seeking a Systems Data Coordinator  for Service Supply Chain to optimize our business processes. The role will be documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes implemented. To ensure success as a Systems Data Coordinator, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of business processes within the automotive industry or have extensive experience in a similar role. An accomplished Systems Data Coordinator will be someone whose expertise translates into the realization of our business's long-term objectives. Responsibilities

  • Works with Manager to assist with maintaining Master Data for PDC operations.
  • Will help create Master data /configuration issue notification and ticket generation.
  • Close communication with Planners and Regional Parts Managers for part allocation and same day allocation of materials.
  • Revise and Distribute Picking list to Materials Handles and coordinate with Channel Planners to add allocation for parts in manual allocation.
  • Works with WH Manager to assign resources and track productivity for resources daily.
  • Lead the daily meeting with stakeholders to channel requirements from the service centers, body shops or satellite locations. 
  • Health checks and metrics for the day-to-day plant /warehouse operations.
  • Support Plant Logistics operations team with transaction and systems error.
  • Support training team in creating job aids and SOP’s.
  • Support inventory team during physical inventory.
  • Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or in a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb record keeping, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
