About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about being a part of a growing Information Operations Department for a company that is enabling the global transition to renewable energy. This role involves integrating, administrating, and securing Energy Vault’s global information systems and supporting the improvement and scaling of an enterprise service support capability and process refinement. You will be entrusted to provide high customer support and collaborate as part of a cross-functional team to improve corporate system integrations, automation, and workflow. Being security conscious and agile with robust system and user administration, automation, communication, and organizational skills will make you successful in this role. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve upon corporate and support services such as Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Atlassian Suite, Help Desk, and others.
  • Perform IT support and improvements on keeping service management queues within defined Service Level Agreement standards.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance and participating in postmortems when they do not.
  • Support technology procurement across the enterprise including projects as needed maintaining vendor relationships and project demand planning and ensuring service agreements and project timelines.
  • Support compliance and security auditing across all Information Operation systems.
  • Support the drafting of maintenance and support standards, standard operating procedures, security policies, procedures, and system architecture diagrams and workflows.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and training to all company employees around corporate IT systems, and IT policies.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, procurement, and management of IT infrastructures.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of a company-wide architecture and standards.
  • Communicate and collaborate across the entire organization to evaluate and implement technology needed to optimize corporate services enabling other business units across the company to work more seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Qualified Candidates

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Experience managing Microsoft365 products, Azure Active Directory, Atlassian, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience setting up and managing Azure Active Directory, roles, and permissions.
  • Experience configuring SSO, managing RBAC, and account management at scale.
  • Experience with Windows/Mac Operating Systems and Device management tools.
  • Familiar with cloud services such as AWS and SaaS based vendors.
  • Familiar with Information Assurance (IA) architectures, standards, and monitoring.
  • Must be willing to learn new things and challenge the status quo.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), organized, innovative, and a team player.
  • Must be willing to travel world-wide an estimated 15-25% of the time.
