You’ll be working directly with all of the relevant stakeholders: Development, System Test, System Architectures, Management doing a number of tasks to ensure that the overall system is running smoothly.What We’re looking for:<br>We’re looking for people to take ownership of the System E2E, someone who can understand how things work at a high level, someone who understands how their part fits in with the rest of the vehicle, and most importantly someone who can understand how the system will be used from all the various stakeholders. We’re looking for Technical breadth as opposed to Technical depth, one who can take advantage of the tools around them to understand and address problems, as well as make the overall system better.</p> <p><br>The Systems Integration role is fluid and changes frequently. At one moment you might be working with the Firmware team/ System test team to help vet and ensure quality of features.&nbsp;At another moment you may find yourself developing scripts to help automate, and help various stakeholders interact with the system.&nbsp;The next you might be required to assist in setting up processes at the factory, or even system requirements to help fulfill Rivian Architecture goals.&nbsp;</p> <p>Skills that are Essential:</p> <ul> <li>Problem Solving Skills</li> <li>Understanding of Software Lifecycle</li> <li>System Minded Focus</li> <li>Experience with Linux and networking protocol</li> <li>Team Oriented and willing to take initiative</li> <li>Git, Python, General Software fluency</li> <li>Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering</li> </ul> <p>Skills that are nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Firmware/ Embedded Experience</li> <li>RTOS knowledge</li> <li>Knowledge of C/C++</li> <li>Automotive Knowledge</li> <li>Understanding of UDS</li> <li>Familiarity with Automotive interfaces and protocols like CAN, LIN and UDS</li> <li>Linux Knowledge</li> </ul> <p>Why work at Rivian:<br>Rivian offers an incredibly collaborative Environment….
