Here at Octopus Energy ECO, we’re responsible for delivering the government mandated ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme on behalf of Octopus Energy. We are super passionate about helping customers on low income and benefits improve the insulation in their homes, to help reduce their bills and carbon emissions. We work with an internal and external supply chain insulating customer homes across the UK within the compliance rules of the eco scheme.
We are looking for a Support Services Specialist to be a part of Octopus Energy Eco. You’ll be assisting in a variety of tasks to support the function of the workstream you may be placed in. Support services covers a multitude of activities from billing ECO work to customer leads.
The role is remote but would require occasional travel and potential overnight stays at one of our office locations in the UK.

What you'll do Assisting with a variety of projects that are necessary to meet our goals Supporting the ECO and Support Services team laterally Support our in-house installation team to insulate customer homes from arranging to book customer appointments through to ordering the materials and equipment they’ll need to do thisCreating invoices to pay our installer network for the work they’ve delivered to usRaising credit notes and balancing installer accountsChecking technical monitoring has been completed where necessaryAllocating customer leads across our supply chain to arrange for eligible customer homes to be insulatedLiaising with our supply chain to gain updates and answer queriesConverting partial eco projects to full projectsProducing reports and analysis to keep stakeholders informed
