Zoox is transforming mobility-as-a-service by developing a fully autonomous, purpose-built fleet designed for AI to drive and humans to enjoy.
This role will be responsible for ensuring Zoox’s hardware demands are well understood across all programs and areas of the business and that our internal teams and external partners are prepared to meet those demands, on time, consistently. You will interact with internal and external partners to manage the aggregated materials forecast and supply commitments for hardware programs starting from development and into mass production, encompassing critical component planning, allocation direction, supply flexibility modeling and materials liability management. As a Supply & Demand Planning Manager, you will work closely with internal core teams to drive new product material readiness. This role involves daily management of supply and any associated constraints, executive status reporting and escalation, and the pursuit of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $123,000 to $165,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

Vaccine Mandate
Employees working in this position will be required to have received a single dose of the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine OR have completed the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series. Serve as a bridge between business strategy, engineering build plans, and operational supply chain executionBuild demand planning models based on market data and “what if” scenarios that analyze new product introductionsPartner with Manufacturing Operations to enable planning for factory capacity based on demand projections, consolidate risks and help drive prioritization between competing requirements in the event of supply constraintsForecast demand and report on whether projected supply plans can meet the needs of the company.
