The Supply Chain Systems Manager will be the subject matter expert for the Master Schedule, Material Resource Planning (MRP) system and master data configuration. They will drive enterprise level decisions for CFS ERP and MRP systems. They will help scope, design and implement a Material Resource Planning (MRP) system for CFS that will enable efficient end-to-end Supply Chain operations. They will drive systems to be flexible and robust and drive for sustainable solutions for the CFS community. They will ensure accuracy and completeness of the critical data needed for Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) workflows for the Supply Chain team.

This team member will:
Streamline process for Product Master Workflow validation and accuracy checks. Create and improve data entry workflows to minimize data maintenance requirements.Lead data migration and API integration between various databases. Identify and address data gaps in MRP and ERP systems. Systematically identify and correct data inconsistencies between databases. Continuously work with system owners to retire technical debt Be the link between Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing and Design teams for Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Master ScheduleBe the “voice” of the MRP system with our internal community, executive leadership and partnersScope, design and implementation of a Material Resource Planning (MRP) system Establish and enforce inventory management logic within ERP, MRP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Mentor team members to share knowledge and help grow the skillset for the CFS organization at all levelsThe ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or FinanceDemonstrable experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and Material Resource Planning Systems5+ years experience with Material Resource Planning Systems logic and coding 5+ years experience with data analytics in a manufacturing scheduling environment Additional preferred experience and/or qualifications:
