The Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability (SCQR) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our supply chain management-related activities across the organization. In this role, you will own the Supplier Health & Readiness initiative at Zoox, functioning as the overall program manager as well as key liaison between strategic sourcing, supplier quality and industrialization, vehicle and advanced hardware engineering, manufacturing and logistics. You will collaborate closely with all of these key internal stakeholders and drive overall readiness reporting to executive management.
You will also work closely with the core Program Management Organization and Vehicle Program Management teams to ensure wide visibility and communication for overall Supplier Health & Readiness, applying project management skills to assure the timely and efficient execution of our business objectives.
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $188,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling and positioning within a level are determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting represents the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.Zoox also offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off (e.g. sick leave, vacation, bereavement), unpaid time off, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, Amazon RSUs, health insurance, long-term care insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and life insurance.
